E-Bike Return Policy

We understand that sometimes your order won't work for you - and that's not a problem. For your convenience, merchandise purchased at Yorktechonline.ca can be returned to us within 7 days of purchase with an original receipt. Returns will be made in the form of original payment and shipping costs will be deducted if applicable.

 

We gladly accept merchandise for return, provided it:

  • Is in new unused condition*/unassembled condition** with original packaging

  • All tags, manuals/guides, chargers, tools, or others in the original packaging are in new condition and are returned with the item

  • Is accompanied by its original invoice

 

Any items marked as final sale are not eligible for return.

Any modified products are not eligible for return.

Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will not be sent back to the customer.

* The new unused condition applies if the merchandise is assembled by us according to the customer's request. 

** The unassembled condition applies if the merchandise is delivered in its original packaging and has not been assembled by us.
